Eligible for partial refund within 14 days of purchase upon written request and review. After this window, no refunds will be issued.

In case of a system failure or billing error, please report the issue within 7 days to: billing@nexub.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

This policy is governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
