Our Story
Built by founders who felt the pain
Nexub was born out of direct frustration. Our founding team spent months navigating ACRA, CPF, GST filings, and annual returns across three separate vendors — none of which talked to each other. Every deadline was manual. Every compliance task required chasing someone.
We looked at what existed and found tools built for accountants, not founders. Dense, expensive, and fragmented. So we built the product we needed ourselves — one platform that handles the whole stack, specific to the regulations of each country we operate in.
Today Nexub serves thousands of companies across Singapore and India. The mission is the same as day one: make running a business in Asia feel like it should.

Sasidharan founded Nexub to solve the operational complexity he experienced firsthand while building startups across Singapore and India. He leads product, strategy, and growth — with a deep focus on making compliance invisible for founders.
Sathish is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 2011) and seasoned finance entrepreneur with deep expertise in tax planning, GST, and cross-border compliance across Singapore, India, and beyond. He brings 15+ years of experience advising startups on financial strategy.
