Every fee listed before you sign. No hidden charges, ever.
- Every government fee, Nexub service fee, and optional add-on is listed on our pricing page before you commit.
- Government registration and filing fees are passed through at cost — we do not mark them up.
- If an unexpected fee arises during your engagement (e.g., a late government surcharge we could not foresee), we will notify you immediately and seek your approval before proceeding.
- Our refund commitment: if we are unable to complete a service we have charged for, we will refund the Nexub portion in full within 5 business days.
Clear Timelines
Every service has a published SLA. We tell you how long each step takes.
- Every service we offer has a documented service-level agreement (SLA) — the typical and maximum number of business days it takes to complete.
- You will receive status updates at each milestone without needing to chase us.
- If we miss an SLA due to an internal delay (not a government processing delay), we will issue a service credit equal to one month of the relevant plan.

Your Data, Always
You own your documents. Export or delete everything, any time.
- All documents, financial records, and data you upload to or generate on Nexub are yours. We are custodians, not owners.
- You can request a full export of your data at any time. We will deliver it in a portable format (CSV + PDF) within 5 business days.
- You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. Deletion is completed within 30 days, and we will send you a confirmation.
- We do not use your data to train AI models or sell it to third parties. Ever.

30-Day Policy Notice
Any pricing or terms change is announced 30 days before it takes effect.
- If we ever change our pricing, terms of service, or data policies, we will notify all affected customers at least 30 calendar days before the change takes effect.
- Notification will be sent by email to your registered address and posted on this page and our Pricing History page.
- Customers on annual plans will always be honoured at their locked-in rate for the remainder of the billing period.
- Emergency changes required by law or regulatory order are exempt from the 30-day window — but we will still notify you as soon as we are legally permitted to do so.
